School Improvement Plan

Elder's Mills P.S. School Improvement Plan (SIP) is guided by the York Region District School Board’s District Action Plan and reflects the unique needs and goals of our school.

We focus on three key areas:

Student Achievement – Promoting and supporting high expectations for all learners.
Health and Well-Being – Building healthy, safe environments and positive relationships.
Human Rights and Inclusivity – Learning and growing together while affirming and celebrating diverse identities.
